This commercial project is located in Chelsea. We have uplifted and removed the existing roof covering, as this property was experiencing significant leaks and was heavily saturated with water. To address these issues effectively, we replaced the previous coverings with high-quality OCB boards, ensuring a solid and durable foundation. Subsequently, we installed our three-layer torch-on breathable felt membrane, which offers excellent protection and promotes better moisture management for the roof.
