This project is situated in the vibrant area of Edgeware. We started by carefully taking up the existing roof to prepare for the new installation. After that, we re-boarded the extension utilizing high-quality OSB boards to provide a sturdy foundation. Following this, we proceeded to re-lay the tiles with precision and care. Finally, we successfully implemented a comprehensive three-layer torch-on felt flat roofing system, specifically designed for this well-executed extension. This roofing method not only enhances overall durability but also guarantees effective waterproofing, thereby ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements.
