The works carried out at this property include stripping the existing roof covering completely, carefully removing the roof parapet walls, and taking out the old insulation which has been replaced with new, high-quality insulation materials. New OSB boards have been professionally installed to provide a solid and durable base. Additionally, a three-layer Geco torch-on felt flat roof system has been fitted to ensure excellent waterproofing and longevity. The project also involved stripping out and re-slating the dormer, as well as removing the existing coping stones and replacing them with new, wider coping stones for improved protection and aesthetic appeal.
