A small flat roof installation project based in Bushey involved the complete removal of the existing roof covering. We carefully ripped up and removed the old materials before installing new 18mm OSB boards to provide a strong and stable base. Following this, a new arris rail was fitted to support the roof structure. We then applied a high-quality three-layer Geco torch on felt flat roof system for durable weather protection. Additionally, new fascia, soffit, and guttering were installed to enhance the roof’s appearance and functionality. To finish, code 4 lead flashings were expertly fitted to ensure excellent waterproofing and long-lasting performance.
